Custom plastic tank blow molding units developed by Xinhengda utilize mature extrusion blow molding craft, equipped with premium FIFO accumulator, MOOG precise thickness regulator and energy-saving servo hydraulic driving assembly.
The unit enables 1–5 layer co-extrusion molding and unmanned fabrication of HDPE storage containers covering 20L to 10000L capacities. Integrated PLC intelligent control, intuitive touch panel and auto unloading manipulator streamline whole production flow.
